A menu
they watch.

Guests scan a QR — and in 30 seconds watch a reel about your kitchen: bestsellers, new dishes, chef's picks. Then they assemble their table with one phrase.

Launch in one day · first month — ₽8,990

Guests don't know what you have.
Now they do.

Reel presentation

A reel instead of page one of the menu.

A short vertical clip is generated automatically from your photos and videos. In half a minute guests understand what people come to you for — and stop being afraid of choosing wrong. Ordering the bestseller is the most common scenario, and the reel serves bestsellers first.

  • Generated from your content — photos, video, captions, music. No videographer, no SMM manager.
  • Synced with the stop list — the reel never shows what the kitchen is out of right now.
  • Personal reels — a “light dinner” request turns into a clip of five matching dishes.
  • Reels per scenario — hits of the week, new dishes, breakfasts, chef's selection, seasonal menu.
  • The same clips — to your socials — the restaurant's content plan is covered automatically.

Neural assembly

One phrase — a ready table.

Guests write like they'd talk to a person: “post-workout, more protein”, “four of us”, “not spicy, under a thousand”. WowMenu answers not with a list of links but with an assembled order — items, price and calories included.

  • Code does the math, not the neural net — prices and macros always match your menu database, no hallucinations.
  • Calorie targets within ±5% — or an honest “couldn't do it” with the reason why.
  • Allergens are a hard filter — “no nuts” means no nuts, pesto included.
  • Table roles — starter, main, dessert: assembly understands the structure of a dinner instead of dumping items.
  • One-tap swaps — “swap the fish” picks a same-role dish that respects every constraint.

Market-proven

Ordering by phrase is already a habit.

Guests already order by phrase: coffee chains run neural baristas — and it works. We built the same for every restaurant. And went further.

Coffee chains

Neural barista

Builds a drink from a guest's phrase. A great idea — but it works only with coffee and only inside one chain's own shops.

WowMenu · any restaurant

Neural waiter

Builds the whole table: starters, mains, wine, dessert — with budget, macros, allergies and a party of four. Plugs into your menu in one day.

You're not teaching guests a new habit — they already order this way.

Scenarios

Guests are shy to ask.
Interfaces aren't.

Everything a guest hesitates to tell the waiter, they'll happily tell the app.

🤔

“What even is this?”

Stracciatella, ptitim, vitello tonnato — explained like a human would: what it's like, what's in it, how it looks. No awkward questions.

💸

“We've got 4,000 for two”

Nobody says that to a waiter. To an app — easily. A beautiful table on any budget, no shame, no haggling.

💪

“I'm cutting”

A plate built to a target: kcal and protein, ±5% accuracy. No paper menu can do this — yours will.

🥜

“I can't have…”

Allergies, fasting, halal, gluten-free, lactose-free. A hard filter, not a footnote in fine print.

⏱️

“I've got 30 minutes”

What the kitchen serves fast is visible upfront. Business lunch makes it — and comes back tomorrow.

🍷

“What goes with this?”

Pairing for every dish: side, sauce, wine. Care for the guest, upsell for you — never pushy.

👨‍👩‍👧

“There are four of us”

Starters to share, mains for each, everyone's constraints respected: one vegan, one allergy — assembly handles them all.

🌍

“No hablo inglés”

The menu and the reel — in the guest's language. Tourists order by themselves; waiters don't hunt for a translator.

🔁

“What did I have last time?”

Favourites are saved. A regular orders in two taps — and comes back more often.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Build it together

One QR per table: the whole party picks at the same time and sees each other's choices. The “what are we getting” debate takes a minute.

🎙️

Say it out loud

“Something light” — spoken, and the table is built. The menu listens when hands are busy.

🧠

The menu remembers you

Not spicy, no nuts, favourite dessert — next visit, all pre-applied.

Promo dishes

Promote what's profitable for you.

Flag a dish as a priority — and WowMenu lifts it in the reel, in selections and in pairings. High-margin items, the seasonal menu, prep that has to sell today — move faster.

  • First slides of the reel — every table sees the promo dish in the first seconds.
  • Higher in selections — “what goes with wine”, “light dinner”: priority items are offered first.
  • The effect in numbers — analytics show how the promo changed views and orders.
  • The guest outranks the promo — allergies, restrictions and budget always beat promotion. Trust isn't for sale.

Launch

Connected — in one day.

1

Send your menu

A link to your restaurant on a delivery platform or an Excel file — that's all we need. We pull the photos from there too.

2

Get your storefront

We build dish cards, reels and neural assembly on your dishes, in your colours and with your logo. We show you — you tweak.

3

Put QR tents on the tables

We send print-ready table-tent layouts. Guests scan — and the menu starts selling on its own.

Menu changed? Updates and the stop list — a couple of clicks, no developer needed.

Integrations

Friendly with your POS.

Menu, prices and stop lists — from the systems you already work in.

Import of menu, prices, photos and ingredients from a restaurant link.

Live now

Upload and update the menu from a file — familiar, no training needed.

Live now

Menu, prices and stop lists straight from the POS. One-click connection from the dashboard.

Coming soon

Menu and stop-list sync, sending orders to the POS. One click from the dashboard.

Coming soon

For the restaurant

Numbers, not gut feelings.

01

What guests search for

Every query is a signal. “Vegan ramen”, “lactose-free dessert”: you learn what's missing from your menu before competitors do.

02

Viewed — not ordered

A dish gets opened and closed? The problem is the price or the photo. Now it's visible in numbers, not in the chef's intuition.

03

The second touch

After the mains, guests get a gentle “dessert and coffee?” — the moment where restaurants consistently lose average cheque.

04

Reels for your socials

The clips playing at your tables go straight to your Instagram and TikTok. Content plan covered, no SMM manager.

🧮 Code does the math

The neural net picks dishes, but prices and calories are always recomputed from your database. The basket total matches the till to the cent.

🚦 Real-time stop list

Out of sea bass? It vanishes from the reel, selections and assembly at once. Guests can't order what you don't have.

🎨 Your brand, not ours

The storefront runs in your colours, fonts and logo. WowMenu works under the hood and stays off the stage.

No app needed

Opens in the browser in a second — from the QR tent. Nothing to install for guests or staff.

The stop list and promos in the dashboard genuinely control the guest demo — try it

No leap of faith

We'll prove it with your till's numbers.

🧪

A 10-table pilot

Two weeks: tables with WowMenu against regular ones. We compare average cheque by your POS data, not by our promises.

📊

The “Your month” report

A monthly PDF for the owner: what guests searched for, what the menu lacked, what the promos delivered, how many reels went to socials.

Menu engineering

The “stars · plough-horses · puzzles” matrix: what to push into the reel, what to reshoot, what to drop — based on real views and orders.

Reels for socials are already in the subscription — that's the cost of an SMM freelancer saved every month: the product pays for itself before the cheque even grows.

End of dinner

A bill without the awkwardness.

The most crumpled moment of dinner — “can we get the bill, we'll split it”. WowMenu closes it in three taps: everyone sees their share, pays their share and leaves happy. Tables turn faster — at peak hours that's direct revenue.

  • Split by items — “who had what”: the system already knows who ordered what. No “send me your half”.
  • Cashless tips — a percentage in one tap, straight to the waiter.
  • Pay at the table: card or phone — no waiting for the terminal or the waiter. Coming soon — together with POS integrations.
  • Feedback per dish, not per restaurant — a 👍/👎 on every dish goes to the chef instead of an angry star on a review site.

FAQ

The essentials.

Can I see a demo before we talk?+
Yes, right now: wowmenu.ru/demo — the live guest flow on a real menu: reel, phrase assembly, swipes, ordering, bill splitting. The demo UI is in Russian for now; the English guest interface is on the roadmap. Send us a link to your restaurant's menu — we'll build the same on your dishes.
What do I see as a restaurateur?+
A dashboard: a live feed of guest queries, “viewed — not ordered”, one-toggle stop list and promo dishes, menu engineering and the monthly report. Dashboard demo: wowmenu.ru/admin — its stop list genuinely hides dishes in the guest demo.
Do guests need to install an app?+
No. Guests scan the QR code on the table — the menu opens in the browser in a second. No installs, sign-ups or passwords.
How do I update the menu and the stop list?+
In the dashboard — a couple of clicks, or with an Excel file. A stop-listed item instantly disappears from the reel, selections and assembly. Once the iiko and r_keeper integrations ship, it will happen automatically from the POS.
Can I promote specific dishes?+
Yes. Mark items as priority — they move to the start of the reel and higher in selections: high-margin dishes, seasonal items, whatever needs to sell today. Guest restrictions always outrank promos: we won't show an allergic guest a dish with their allergen.
Where do calories and macros come from?+
From your data — recipe cards or your catalogue. If a dish has no data, a careful estimate is used and it's honestly labelled in the interface. The math is always done by code against the database — never by a neural net “eyeballing it”.
What if a guest just wants a normal menu?+
The classic menu isn't going anywhere: categories, search, filters, cards with photos and ingredients. The reel and neural assembly are extra ways to choose, not a replacement for the familiar one.
Will this replace waiters?+
No — it unloads them. WowMenu absorbs “what's this?”, “what do you recommend?”, “can I get it without onion?” — the waiter receives a ready, well-considered order and has time for more tables.
How hard is it to launch?+
One day. Send a link to your restaurant's menu or an Excel file — we return a ready storefront for your approval: cards, reels and your branding.

We'll show it on your menu.

Send a link to your menu — we'll build a demo on your dishes and show how guests will see your restaurant in a new way.
